WARNING: Configuration file format is too old, syslog-ng is running in compatibility mode

Seems a few people have seen this although its not having a major system affect at the moment.

Not sure if this is a bug or merely something on my system that needs updating.

Getting the same message:

Code:
Mar 29 00:00:00 freenas-1 syslog-ng[1535]: WARNING: Configuration file format is too old, syslog-ng is running in compatibility mode Please update it to use the syslog-ng 3.6 format at your time of convinience, compatibility mode can operate less efficiently in some cases. To upgrade the configuration, please review the warnings about incompatible changes printed by syslog-ng, and once completed change the @version header at the top of the configuration file.;

System working normal and stable...

EDIT:

This is due to the configuration file format changing from the version of syslog-ng used in 9.3 to the newer version used in 9.10. It is worth creating a bug report at bugs.freenas.org (and posting the issue number here) as the incompatibility can bite users on busy systems.
