I'm currently running Cobia 23.10.1.1, and when I try to upgrade to the latest 23.10.1.3, my installation gets stuck at 75% with the message "Performing post-install tasks". It just sits there for like an hour, when prior updates went through very quickly.
It does look like the version itself gets downloaded and installed, since it gets added to boot environments in GUI, but whatever it does after that seems to be broken.
I should probably file a bug report about this and attach a debug log to it (although after looking through its contents I couldn't find anything that would match with the update process), but before that I figured I would share on forums to see if it's maybe a common issue and it's not just something weird with my setup.

I eventually managed to upgrade by turning off NFS, SMB services and virtual machines. See if it helps.
Thanks for the extra info, for everyone's benefit, I was able to complete the update process as well! It took almost 2 hours, the extraction process was a real pain because the system complained all the time about not being able to kill a service because the watchdog was bringing it back to life!
I've tried to manually disable watchdog and nmi-watchdog, with no improvement to the overall process.
Finally, I think the issue was due to my cache drive which was in a failed state, but this is just an assumption, I will know for sure during the next update.
