Update from Core to Scale - IP assigned but no Ping to or from Host

Hi,
i updated my Core to Scale yesterday evening. Everything went through, but i am not able to reach the Web-UI, ping the host nor able to ping from the host anywhere.
As i do only have local access to the machine, SSH is neither working.

Would you please be able to assist a little bit?

You're going to need some kind of access to the machine or nobody can help you (including you).

From the console, what can you see?

I think, i found the issue. When enabling the bridge0, the WebUI nor Ping is working. Removing the bridge and assigning the NIC itself to my virtual machines solved it. But i think, this is not the "best practice" way to do it.

First issue would be that SCALE needs br0 not bridge0

Second is that if you don't use a bridge, you're not going to be able to do multicast properly and won't be able to see VMs from the host.

I have sorted it out, by removing the IP from the NIC, adding br0, adding the NIC to it, assigning the IP to the bridge and rebooting the whole system, as the new Scale Apps blocked something.

Now its working.
