Update "An error occurred"

I'm currently on 9.2.1 and trying to update to 9.2.1.7. Everytime I try to do a GUI upgrade I just get a message at the top of the screen "An error occurred". I've tried multiple browsers, so it's not an issue there. Has anyone got any suggestions?

I don't have any way to fix the GUI upgrade, but you can do a CD/ISO upgrade and that *will* succeed and it will upgrade.

I currently don't have physical access to the machine at the moment. Is there a way to perform the upgrade over SSH?

EDIT: After attempting to wget the update file I get this error

Cannot write to 'FreeNAS-9.2.1.7-RELEASE-x64.GUI_Upgrade.txz'

and running df -h I get

Is there anywhere I should look to free up some space?
