I deleted everything because none of it was actually relevant to the problem. The actual problem was that I set server min protocol to 3 and server max protocol to 3_11

Silly me! I changed server min protocol to LANMAN1 and everything works perfectly now.

So, this is not a "Problem" then correct? If so, please change it to "Solved".

It would be nice if the actual initial problem was stated that way it may assist others if they were to come across this thread while searching.

I was trying to find the "solved" button when I edited my post on my tablet but couldn't find it. The error is just what the title says, that would appear in the console upon boot up and in the samba logs when I tried to access a share, as well as on the client.
