Good afternoon

My system is already running, from what I researched I have to uncheck the "S.M.A.RT" option on the disks. But when I go to "Storage" "Discs" there is no available disk.

I already have Volume mounted and POOs.

Question:
Will I have to do it from scratch to be able to disable the S.M.A.R.T option on disks?

No. The disks should be listed all the time.
I think you need to give us more background on what you are trying to achieve and why.
Along with a description of your hardware and Truenas/Freenas version.

Are you using hardware RAID perhaps?
If so - thats a fairly good way for things not to work as expected.
Disks should be attached with onboard SATA (ACHI) or an HBA - not a RAID card

Yes, it's Raid on Hardware.
The System is flying, however restarting, and the disks do not appear to me after being used, in Share and Pools.

Too bad, because I have several robust Dell Hardware that I could give them lives.

Attached discs via Shell.

Do NOT use Hardware RAID for ZFS - its a very good way of losing data.

Just add an HBA to the Dells and use that instead. YOu need to replace the PERC with an H200 or H310 to work properly
