unreadable (pending) sectors

Hello ,
One day, my freenas alert just pop up the warning message below.
Device: /dev/ada4, 2 Currently unreadable (pending) sectors

I have tried Smartctl (long test )and scrub. no errors were found and scrub came out clean without repairs.
If you could be so kind provide me with some suggestion as to potential or actual problems (hardware problems) or if it's just a false alarm. and the solution for it

This is the second time I've heard of this, unless you have posted two times?

There was a same post of the same problem but that wasn't me.
I am hoping if someone could take a look at smartctl result for me to see if it actually is a a hard disk related issue .

Some observations in no order of importance:
Self test list has large gaps (self tests performed too infrequently)
193 Load_Cycle_Count (seems a bit high @ 276,000) based on:
9 Power_On_Hours 0x0032 076 076 000 Old_age Always - 17585

197 Current_Pending_Sector 0x0032 200 200 000 Old_age Always - 2
200 Multi_Zone_Error_Rate 0x0008 200 200 000 Old_age Offline - 10
The above results would be cause for concern so I would recommend to set
up smart tests @ once per week and keep an eye on these and other numbers.
If the numbers begin to increase, it's time to replace the drive.

Yeah I agree, any number but "0" in attribute 197 or 200 is a cause for concern.

There is a chance (say, 1 in 4?) that this will not get any worse, and the hard drive will remap the sectors, and you can move forward. However, I will tell you this: 98% of us would immediately RMA a drive that showed positive numbers in 197 or 200.

Such a low number, it should be 100% but some folks would hold on to a drive and hope for the best.
