After reinstalling the system, I had to adjust all the settings manually, because the system did not remember them and I do not know which one. Certainly, the system settings were not saved in the boot drive. There was no problem with recreating my settings - these are simple things. I noticed, however, a strange system operation consisting in regularly writing every "something" on the boot disk every hour. Certainly, these are not datasets, because they are stored on one of the data disks. Why is this happening? I have not noticed this activity before when the system was installed before its failure,

Have you moved the system dataset to another volume? It defaults to the boot volume until you move it.

System: System Dataset: System Dataset Pool.

@sretalla
Please look at 001.jpg.
The dataset is on volume "extra_space" on HDD.
My boot volume is on SSD plugged by USB to NAS

Who can help me ?
Every hour freenas write to boot device data about 4 - 7 MB. Data will be increased by time

You know what I've found more interesting (sorry to branch off topic) is your graph has great data containing how many writes per time period.

I wonder if the new UI is going to have that.

To bring it back on topic, my system is extremely stable and on USB, has been for many years. (Same keys)
When I zoom out my USB da0, I see 4GB written, since 03/Nov - so the last week or so.
I GUESS I'd prefer almost 0gb written, to be honest.

It looks like mine writes about 600MB per day, a surprising amount. I guess eventually this will kill the key but it's been ok so far.

@diskdiddler

Within 24 hours on the disk from which the system boots up, approximately 160-200 MB of data is saved evenly every 1 hour. The reading is 16MB a day, so 10-15 times less.
Before re-installing the system, I did not notice such activity of the disk and processor, which regularly every hour as the hard disk works for over a dozen of seuknds at "higher revolutions". I can not understand this and I am looking for a reason why this is happening.

Daily usage of CPU and boot drive
