Understanding replication task

Hi all,
I am new to zfs...
My Setup rigth now:

1. Server has truenas Scale it is the main Server with several filesystem on several pools (always on)
2. Server runs truenas core for the Backup of 1. only with on pool (the Server is only powered up during the night to save energy)

on 1. I setup a replication task with corresponding snapshot task (running once a night). On the first snaphot & replication everything behaved as excepted so a identical filesystem was established on the pool of 2. (checked per smb ) but since then every night the snapshots are created and visible on 1. and 2. but the data on 2. does not, so the files are unchanged compared to the initial replication (simple checked by adding new files and folders on 1. .

Am I missing something? What settings do I need to look into?
