UNAVAIL device cannot be removed from pool, force remove?

I replaced an drive and now there is a new volume which I cannot detach:

I've tried from CLI but no help there. Is there a way to foricible detach / remove a volume from a pool?

Freenas version is FreeNAS-8.2.0-RELEASE-p1-x64 (r11950)
