Unable to Manage Plex after moving MetaData Folder

I recently upgraded my freenas server to new hardware but brought my old pool with that contained all of my media storage and has the Jail files from the old plex install. I installed the new plex plugin on my Jail SSD and I can manage it and sign into my plex account and turn the auto empty trash off.

After I move my Plex Media Server folder from my old pool to my new SSD that contains my new jail storage, I am unable to manage the plex server. Gives me a 192.168.1.22 refused to connect. I believe that it may be a permissions issue but I am about ready to redo all of my Metadata and start from scratch.
Any help is appreciated.
Also, on the old server I was running free Plex, new server has Plex Pass.

Please disregard. I ended up creating a directory just for my plex meta data, changing the permissions to User Plex and Group Plex, rsync the Meta data from the pool to it, and mounted the folder to the jail.
