Unable to load ix_crl.pem

I am getting these errors:

My machine can get to the internet because it can see that updates are pending:

We've checked on our end to make sure it's not fallout from the recent CDN migration and cannot reproduce. However, our admin did notice this:

I did notice he is using a local DNS.. it is possible he has an old cached DNS entry on whatefver that device is.. I have seen this in the wild on various inexpensive routers before.

Can you check if that is the issue?

I switched the DNS to 8.8.8.8 to see what happens. I don't think that is it. My internal DNS server is a Windows server box.

I'll post in a few days as to whether it spits out another error.
