Unable to install Windows Server VM in FreeNAS 11

My Specs:
AMD FX4350
12GB RAM
Installation just hang ups on windows logo
Maybe its problem in old UEFI firmware?
I tried it with winserver 2008 R2 but its hang ups too

I created the custom iso but after boot vm says to me that boot from efi failed
