Unable to install plugin's

Hi,
Whenever I try to install plugins DLNA/upnp i get a message to configure interface and default gateway.

They are already configured manually. Also I've tried them in DHCP but same problem.

I have no previous experience with FreeNas. Just installed latest verion.

actually I have the same issue here with FreeNAS 9.1.1.

I got "You must configure your network interface and a default gateway"
everything seems fine, tried different submask and so on with no success
Also deleted all nic that weren't in use.
Any ideas ?

Did you talk to your network guys about being in a private network? That really needs to be fixed too. That may be part of the problem. I'm not sure because I've never worked with someone that wasn't on a private network or wasn't an internet facing IP.

yes I have mailed one of them and awaits for a reply... but not soon I guess.
I have tried many different masks and only /18 seems to work, the one found by dhcp.
What are the maths you did to believe it to be wrong ?
