Unable to install plugins or create jails

No matter what plugin I try to install I'm getting "no is not a valid value for hostid_strict_check. Value must be off or on". If I have "hostid_strict_check" select the error is "yes is not a valid value for hostid_strict_check. Value must be off or on".

I get the same error when I try to create a basic jail too.

Anyone seen this? What's the fix?
