Unable to access GUI

In TrueNAS Core 13.0, I'm trying to log into the GUI and am unable to. It gives me this message.

I do have access to all my shares and I'm able to ping the server. This happens once every few months. When I restart it, it works fine. Any idea what's going on?

Do you have access to the console to run commands?

If so try restarting the web service:

service nginx restart

If that doesnt work, I might try restarting the middlewared

service nginx middlewared

As to why its crashing - whats the specs of the system you are running TrueNAS on?

I do have access to the console. Actually, I noticed that this part where it shows web user interface was missing before I restarted it.



I don't recall the specs. Just some cheapo consumer board and 16Gb of RAM. That may be part of my problem there.

I'll try restarting the web service next time.

SSHed into it via Putty. Restarting middlewared worked. Thanks.
