Hi all

Am looking to upgrade from the ancient 8.0.2 version to a more recent 9.x version. However I've hit a snag right at the get go. I'm unable to access the settings tab via the web gui. I obviously want to create a backup of the config file but cannot find information on how to do this any other way. I've also noticed a warning in the GUI that talks about the WebGUI address not being bound to the given IP address. However the fix I found for this is also ironically under the settings tab. Assuming these are then unrelated.

Anyone have some ideas on how to get around this?

Thanks!

What browser are you using? Recommend you use firefox and clear cache, cookies, etc.

I thought you could also use Chrome or is Firefox the gold standard?

Well, some people have problems with firefox but not chrome, some the opposite. Generally speaking, unless you've done custom settings to Firefox it *should* work. IE is just a no-go and is well known to have problems.

Glad you got it sorted out!
