Ufs Raid 1 Degraded

I have a big problem yesterday the usb stick that i have freenas installed died i have made a new installation of freenas 9.1.1 in new usb stick but the one of two 1 TB drives is also dead (the bios doesnt recognise it).
I auto import the volume but is degraded.how i can insert a new 1 TB disk and rebuild the array?
The filesystem is Ufs.

Yes, you should be able to do that via CLI. Is the new drive already connected? Can you please post output of:
gmirror status
camcontrol devlist

I haven't purchased the new drive yet. What is the procedure from shell?
