You can't. Support for linux jails was removed quite some time ago.

Right that sucks. I understand there were security risks but I feel we should be able to just enable it anyways. My hardware is more than adiquate for my needs but because I dont have UG I cant VM or Docker. Upgrading is such a waste.

EDIT: I read somewhere that MineOS plugin uses a linux jail?

MineOS runs on FreeBSD, but it needs linprocfs(5). Using the old (warden) based plugin, you had to manually mount before starting the jail, the new (iocage) plugin does this automatically (there's a mount_linprofs flag).
