Turenas---install 32G memery but only 16G working

Hi guys
I just finish build my Nas, at the first I install 8G*2, but only 8G working, I have test all memery they are working on my other PC.
Then I bought another 8G*2 memery, now only 16G working; have memery missing.
I can see 32G in BIOS but when get in to turenas only 16G.
Have no idear was going on, real need help.

Cpu: AMD R5 1600X
Motherboard: Gigabyte X470 Gaming7
GPU: Gigabyte 2060 & Gigabyte 1060
Memery: Corsair 8G 3200hz *4

Your CPU supports 2 („two“) memOry lanes „only“. You‘ll need 2x16GB to get 32GB (up and running).

This is not meant to be rude, just trying to help: you are doing it wrong. Ask yourself three questions before buying any hardware:

1.) What is my goal? What do I want to do with that system I’m gonna build? (Buying gaming hardware for a server is a bad start, at best.)
2.) What software do I need? (From OS to apps!)
3.) What hardware will be supported by the aforementioned OS and apllications?

Without doing this and without investing time into research, you are either going to fail or pay a ridiculous amount of money or both.

Thanks for help, Luck thing is all parts were from my old pc except memory.
Just don't wanna waste it, try make it become useful.
If I will do further upgrade will do more research be for buying.
