Trying to upgrade from FreeNAS 11.3 to TrueNAS

Hey there I'm trying to upgrade my FreeNAS 11.3-U5 system to TrueNAS but I can't even seem to get any update train.

This is what I get when I go to try and update or upgrade.
I also have a slightly dumb question, if I upgrade to TrueNAS, all of my data will transfer, correct?

I am currently doing the same update, but my system was on 11.2. I had to go to 11.3 Stable before the TruNas 12.0 train would show.

There is a new release 12.0-U8 pushing tomorrow FYI. You can grab the manual-update tar file here:

http://download.freenas.org/12.0/STABLE/latest/

The click System -> Update and select "INSTALL MANUAL UPDATE FILE". A window will appear prompting you for the manual update file, and that should take care of it.

Looks like you cannot connect to the update server.
Check your network setup.
