Trying to install FreeNAS keep getting mpt0: errors

So I keep trying to run the FreeNAS-11.2-U2 and the FreeNAS-11.1-U7 installers and I always get the same errors.

The motherboard is a Supermicro X8DTL-3f, 2x Intel Xeon X5650 (only one is powered atm, waiting on new psu), 3x4gb 1333hz ECC ram (One was dead waiting for replacement) and 2x WD80EMAZ 8TB HDDs.

I have no idea what is going on.

Replace the controller with a 9211-8i or OEM equivalent. "mpt" chipsets are limited to 2TB HDD's.

I have just recieved the IBM M1015 card I bought and flashed it to LSI9211-IT mode, and I am still getting the same errors as above.
Edit: Nevermind, it seems I solved it. I had to disable the onboard SAS controller via the motherboard jumper pins.

Could be a failed drive or bad cabling, then. Pull out all your drives and see if it works. If so, then try inserting a few at a time, and see if it still works. Eliminate any bad drives.
