Trying to create a periodic snap shot

Well my company was hit recently with cryptowall malware and the chairmen secretary lost all his data.
So I suggested freenas as a backup solution and it was approved.
This forum has helped me alot setting everything up and it its now running perfectly.
The thing is I'm kinda lost on the snapshots I don't fully understand them.
What I want is to take snapshot(backup) of the employs shared drive every day, and save that back up for a month so I can rollback to any day of the month when ever something happen.
from my understanding of the wiki it should be something like this

please let me know if I'm doing something wrong because. I'm not really confident about this.
