Truenas scale zfs io performace became slow

Hi,guys!
I`m new for truenas scale.Recently, i found my nas hdd zfs(wd hc550 16t*6 zfs z1) disk io performance is much worse than the test after I just installed.And my cpu and disk io did not run full.I already tried to turn off smb services and dockers,zfs setting about atime is off too.And i also tried test ssd,it became slow too.So i have no idea what should i do. I hope that person can help me or provide ideas. Thank you !
Here is my nas configuration
cpu: intel w-2140b
motherboard: asus c422 pro ace
ram： Samsung ddr4 ecc reg 16G*2
ssd: wd sn550 500g
hdd: wd hc 550 16t*6 (zfs z1)
networkcard: tp-link tl-ng421 (2.5g)
inspur x540-t2 (10g)
power supply: Phanteks amp 550w
