TrueNAS Scale Upgrade Installation Fails

Hey guys. I tried to do an upgrade installation and it fails. See attached picture. I chose to format the boot disk and not preserve the boot environment. Running on a Asus Prime Z270-A mobo, Intel Pentium G4400 (i know i know), 32gb DDR4 RAM, installing to a Sata M.2 SSD where Core (mostly) happily lived since i built this box almost 2 years ago. Any ideas? After i get some sleep im going to try a fresh install and then restore the config in the webui. But curious if anyone knows what these error messages mean and/or why it might be failing? Thanks so much!
