TrueNAS SCALE RC 1 will not boot

Both an "upgrade" install from TrueNAS CORE and subsequently a fresh install of TrueNAS SCALE RC 1 will not boot on my server.

• A Supermicro 216 Chassis
• A Supermicro X9DRi-LN4F motherboard
• 3 LSI 9207-8i (HP H220 flashed to IT mode from TheArtofServer)
• 2x Xeon E5-2667 (not V2)
• 128GB of RAM
• 22x Intel SSD 520s
• Intel X520-DA2
