I'm running 3 disks in a raidz1 pool. Currently one of my disk is giving checksum issues, checksum currently at 3895. Heres the result of the smarttest.

Code:
root@truenas[~]# smartctl -a /dev/sdb
smartctl 7.2 2020-12-30 r5155 [x86_64-linux-5.10.142+truenas] (local build)

I don't see any read errors from the disk and I have already replaced the cable on that drive. What should I do now?

What should I do now?
You should stop using virtual disks with TrueNAS. You should not use SMR disks for data storage. You should figure out why your host is power-cycling the disk, on average, about once an hour.

The power cycling issue is from a different issue I had with the machine power cycling when no monitor is plugged in. I fixed that with a dummy hdmi plug. I know smr drives are kinda bad for truenas but since my pool is so small and is mainly for archival storage shouldn't it be fine? I'm running 2 smr and 1 cmr version of the same drive.
