I have a truenas scale box. Lenovo M73. 8 gigs of RAM 2 TB had. It runs fine and it updates just fine (at least it has done so over the last 8 months). I have had this problem that if I do not log on to it at least once per week, ithis definitely halos if I skip logging on for 3 weeks, when I go to access it with a browser it says make sure it is powered in and connected to the internet. I can see it in the IP address range in my router. I can ping it as well. I reboot the switch it is connected to (sometimes that has worked) but finally I have to have someone go to it and press the power button until it shuts off and then reboot it. I normally do not log on to it often as it is a box which serves as a backup to my Synology boxes. I just use huperback up from Synology to backup to truenas scale over the web. It is in a off solté location to help with 3-2-1 backups.
I have not found much about what could be causing it. Power management maybe? Any help will be appreciated.
