TrueNas Scale installation

Okay so TN scale somehow doesnt work... but i managed to get my NAS with TN core back up and running again!
To everybody who tried helping me, i am really thankful but as you can see it didnt work out.

I still got one problem tho, i can't install a VM using Ubuntu/Windows/FreeBSD, it seems like the installation was succesful but it just wouldn't start no matter what i tried.

another problem i have i cant look into any "folders"

thats the only message i've gotten since, but i am using full root access

You cannot just enter the name (full path) of a file into the shell to view it. You need to enter a command e.g.

cat /usr/local/etc/collectd.conf

or

Code:

more /usr/local/etc/collectd.conf

if you enter only the path to the file, the shell will try to run this as a command, which does not work.

Did you look at the log right after trying to start the VM? Doesn't make much sense, otherwise, does it? I cannot see anything about the start of a VM in there, hence my question.

yes i waited a few seconds and then looked into the log, but it's not clear why it wouldnt start
