TrueNAS Scale fails to install

I am trying to install Truenas Scale on a Dell R720. I have a Samsung 860 Pro, 256GB capacity connected to where the CD player typically is. I have used this server and SSD with Windows Server and Truenas Core before and never had any issues with this setup. I've tried using a different drive and I get the same errors. See attached images. What am I doing wrong? thanks.

I figured out what the problem and I have successfully installed Truenas Scale. This system was setup for a different purpose and thus I needed to go in and clear the lifecycle logs and configuration. All is good now.

Hi, can you please guide me throught the process you used to clear the logs. I cleared the logs in Idrac but it still isn't working
