TrueNas Scale Docker Static IPs

I would really like to assign static IPs to my Docker containers instead of getting the host IP and a port number. Does anyone have good direction on how to do this? I have been trying for days but to no avail. I have found many threads here talking about this but they are in reference to how this can’t be done because of former bugs that I assume have been fixed. But I have yet to find any actual guides or directions on how to do this.
