TrueNAS SCALE disk speed much slower than TrueNAS CORE - HP Microserver Gen8

Hello,

I'm using HP Microserver Gen8 with 16GB RAM and Intel Xeon E31260L. The disks are 4x4TB 5400rpm 6GB/s. I setup the SATA contoller to AHCI mode and disable write cache and the pool is Raidz2.
With this setup i install TrueNAS CORE and get 113MB/s transfer speed in SMB shares both read and write.
But if I install TrueNAS SCALE if get around 30MB/s (yes it atarts with 113MB/s but after some seconds it goes down slowly until 45MB/s or 30MB/s, even less).
I tested network and it's ok, the problem is with controller and disks.

The controller and disks are apparently correctly found (ata1&2 are SATA3 and ata3&4&5 are SATA2):
