Hello,

i have a problem with my truenas scale setup. Every now and then, it crashes to the point where i cant access the web gui, ssh into it, or even use the keyboard and the only solution is to restart. I have looked into some of the logs but could find no error message.

version: TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.1
system: https://www.fujitsu.com/global/products/computing/pc/desktops/esprimo-p556-e85/
i changed the ram kit to have 16gb and added an HBA, but it was crashing before i added the HBA.

I also tried reinstalling but it still starts crashing.

I run 1 VM with max 1gb of ram, and some apps:
- jellyfin
- nextcloud
- nginx proxy manager
- pgadmin
- postgres
- qbittorrent

apps have limited ram.

has anyone had this behaviour? any logs i should look into?
thank you for any help

Have you try switch out the NIC? I'm guessing your using the motherboard NIC which is realtek.

Do a forum search on realtek. try using a PCIE that doesn't use realtek. - an intel one preferably.
