I installed TrueNAS Scale 22 to an SSD drive on a Dell Precision 690. In order to simplify identifying the correct drive during the installation, I did not install any other drives at that time. The installation went well, and I was able to access TrueNAS Scale through the web browser on another computer. I shut down the new server and then added in 4 additional 2TB hard drives. The motherboard had SATA ports for both the SSD drive and the four 2TB hard disk drives I added. All the drives are visible in the BIOS.
When I restarted the server, TrueNAS started correctly but when I went to my web browser, I could only see the original SSD drive listed. These are all new drives that have not been formatted. I don't know how to format them through TrueNAS, if that needs to happen before I can see the drives. I was hoping I would get a prompt to format the drives once TrueNAS identified them in the browser interface. I am planning on just using all four drives as a ZFS raid.
