TrueNAS-SCALE-22.12.2 Plex Official - Permissions not working

So i just updated to SCALE-22.12.2 and plex couldn't find my videos i checked the permissions and everything was still there.
I created a plex user a while back
admin@truenas[~]$ id plex
uid=1000(plex) gid=1000(plex) groups=1000(plex),4000(Admin),545(builtin_users)

and everything was fine it could read and write no issues. Today i had to give read and write access to other. I'm not sure if the plex app UID and GID changed. but I'd love to change them back to 1000 so i can get rid of other again.

when i run ps aux | grep plex I get

How would i go about changing the app back?

@oumpa31 I'm having the same issue. Can't get plex to see my files and I've tried everything, including setting up plex user and groud with UID, GID 1000 (based on other forum posts). When I look in the console to check plex is using those IDs the same way you did, I also don't get those numbers. Any progress on your side?

I've read everything i can and still no help with this issue. I hate that the apps break permissions every time there is an update to the OS.

I'm having the same issue. Tried to add the user and group (apps 568) permissions and Plex still can't see my media. Do you guys found the solution yet?

I keep searching I'm guessing it is some sort of bug. When plex records to my folders off my antenna it writes as user 1000 but if i change those folders so its not open but user plex as user 1000 has access plex will not read the video files.

I haven't had a chance to look through the release notes for .3 yet but I'm in the middle of backing up my data to a secondary server so it will be a bit before i can upgrade to .3. so i wont be able to check if it has been fixed for a while.
