So I've built a new Plex Media Server using SuperMicro X10SDV-4C-TLN2F, which has two 10Gb Lan Ports. I also have a UDM-PRO that has a 10Gb SFP+ and 10 Gb Wiitek SFP+ to RJ45 Copper Module. I can connect the Switch to the Server and I get link lights for 10G on the server and the UDM-Pro shows 10Gb was negotiated, but I'm not getting an IP Address under "ifconfig" in shell, but if I use a normal switch port over 1gb on same server port I'm getting an IP just fine. Is there something I'm missing? I've used an SFP+ 1G module on this UDM-Pro no problem and the switch and server are both showing 10gb link lights, so it looks like a config issue on the Server Side.

Any Ideas?

Thanks for your reply... I found the solution, I needed to go into BIOS and change a ethernet setting from Legacy to EFI and then the started working.
