I have no experience with TrueNAS or NAS in general. I've only ever worked on Windows OS. I created my first NAS about 2 months ago. I had my server up and running for 2 months running plex and holding my media in SMB, I've had no problems. I've been running 1 4TB HDD and 1 14 TB HDD mirrored RAID1 having 4 TB storage capacity. I just received a second 14 TB HDD today and went to try to replace the 4 TB HDD with the new 14 TB HDD and then expand my pool storage to 14 TB. I messed way up. I Offlined the status of the 4TB drive and without Detatching or Disconnecting the status of the drive I powered off my NAS and then physically removed the drive and replaced it with the new one. (I believe this drive is faulty, gives GPT / formatting errors and can't form a pool.) In trying to get this drive to work I deleted/wiped my existing pool trying to get the new drive to format. Now I've got my old 4TB HDD and my old 14TB in my NAS and have the drives in a pool with a SMB share setup. Whenever I try to transfer files into this SMB share, sometime during the file transfer (beginning middle or end) the NAS hits a "Fatal Trap" and crashes/restarts the server. This also happens when trying to install Plex Media server plugin onto the NAS. I'm unable to think of a solution, maybe a fresh TrueNAS install? Any help is surely appreciated, thank you
