TrueNAS Pool Degraded

Hi i am a total novice with TrueNAS and i have a RAIDZ1 with 4 x 4TB Ironwolf Pro Drives and all of them have come up as degraded, could i have some help with this because im not sure if TrueNAS is giving false errors or i will have to return them to seagate with their data recovery service. I'm probably missing something but i have done a S.M.A.R.T test and it passed the first 2 times and now since all of them have become degraded they failed once, im doing another test right now just to double check, but i am doing it through the web GUI and don't know how to see them through the command prompt in my TrueNAS. My System

ryzen 3 1200
2x16gb corsair vengence ddr4 ram and another 2x4gb corsair vengence ddr4, both at 3000mhz
350w corsair power supply
gt710 gpu
4x 4TB Seagate Ironwolf pro in RAIDZ1
1x 4TB Seagate Ironwolf pro hdd on its own
1x 120GB SSD just for random storage

Right here is the update, the 4TB Ironwolf pro drive on its own has come up as degraded as well, so moved all of the data off the drive and exported it and added it as a new pool and started over, it no longer says its degraded but why has clearing the pool solved the issue with the single 4TB drive?

Also, the RAID Z1 with the 4x 4TB IronWolf drives are still in degraded state and i am still trying to get the data off it.

Power saving features for AMD Ryzen CPUs are known to cause problems. I don't remember what the problems were, nor which power saving features to disable in the BIOS.

You don't list your system board, nor your boot device. The first is helpful to determine if it's default CPU configuration would normally include things like power saving or over-clocking. Either of which may cause problems.
