TrueNAS mini losing 10 second for every 1 second of real time

In a shell, running the date command repeatedly and holding my watch up to the screen the TNAS acts like the clock is "slow". I checked the BMC and made sure time was good there. Is there anything that culd be causing this?

I manually set the date on the CLI 10 minutes ago and now it is 20 minutes behind. When I first logged in it said it was Christmas day, and one of the users noticed this and told me about it.

Also the KVM will not start, it keeps saying disconnected ... reconnecting ... disconnected ... reconnecting ....

Is this thing just toast? I bought three of these models and this will be the second of the three to go belly up. Bad investment.

have you considered the possibility that TrueNAS is correct, and your watch is fast?
if TrueNAS is configured for ntp, truenas will be more accurate.
