So i wanna install the current version of TrueNAS Scale on my old HP Compaq 8100 Elite (around 2010) for Backups from Proxmox. At first i had Trouble to boot in the installer at all. I fixed that using i HP Bios-Update from v01.05 to v01.13. Now i get the error "lsblk: CANT_FIND_sdb3_OR_sdbp3: not a block device". I search all forums i could find but could find a solution. It would be super great if someone would be able to help me on this hellride of TrueNAS installation.

Error:
lsblk: CANT_FIND_sdb3_OR_sdbp3: not a block device

Bios update form 1.05v to 1.13v using win 7 installed fine after it had some trouble finding the drivers at some point it found them by itself. I dont know why.

Used iso and dd mode in rufus

Used balena etcher

Used ventoy to boot from

Install trueNAS core (13.0 – U6) - wont boot at all

Made sure i did everything correctly using this guide:
https://www.truenas.com/docs/scale/gettingstarted/install/installingscale/

When i choose EFI installation mode it installs fine, but wont boot afterwards because my mobo doesnt support uefi
