truenas freeze on loading pool

Hello,

I have issue with truenas the system wont boot up and all disks are blinking and when we remove the disks cable SAS from the server the truenas boot up without any issue

I tries to go into single user and the system is working but the pools not show up, When i press CTRL+T i have this message and when i reboot it i see this message too and it's take to long to reboot

Be patient when booting or shutting down TrueNAS.
Sometimes, when a pool is resilvering, it will cause the shutdown process to freeze exactly like on the screenshot you provided.
Resilvering keeps on working in the background.
Upon booting, same thing, a lot of messages are going to occur which can looks scary, but let it do its things. If resilvering was in the process, it is restarted from scratch and will delay the mounting of the datasets.
