Hello,
Recently I came across following article from Klara Systems:
Virtualization showdown – FreeBSD’s bhyve vs. Linux’s KVM
To make the story short - it seems that nvme is way faster than virtio storage controller for Bhyve VM-s.
This made me wonder if I can change storage controller for my TrueNAS Core VM-s to nvme. That is not available in UI. And now my questions:
1 - is that type of storage controller available in TrueNAS Core or that is exclusive to vanilla FreeBSD?
2 - can I manually change my VM storage controller to nvme?
Thank you.
