TrueNAS Core 13.0-U5 still uses FreeBSD 13.1 as its base

Just upgraded to TrueNAS 13.0-U5, yet I find it still uses FreeBSD 13.1 as its base. How come FreeBSD 13.2 was skipped for this update? It was released back in early April.
