TrueNAS 13.0-U5 download very slow and interrupts

Hi,

I have been trying to install Truenas 13.0-U5 since it was released Thursday.
My current SW version is 13.0-U4.
I tried the update via the GUI and downloading the manual file.
In both scenarios the download speed is extremely slow after a while the download just stops.
In the GUI I get a cryptic error message saying: "Error: base-os" and with the manual update download it says I get "network issue"
Speed test shows no issues, and all other websites are working fine.
I am based in the Philippines.
Any idea why the download is so slow?

Funny... I also can't update via GUI as transfer is painfully slow, and ultimately times out.
I am also in the Philippines.
