TrueNas 13.0-U5.3 + Plex no admin website

Hello i installed TrueNas on Esxi with NextCloud and Jdownloader, now i would like to install Plex.
Im installing by plugin from left menu, choosing like always NAT and VNET, but i can't reach admin website.
I was trying
http://192.168.78.21:32400/web and http://192.168.78.21:32400/web/index.html without succes.
Guys please help me :)

This looks like you are trying to use plugins. Don't. They are not being maintained.
I would recommend you take a look at my signature for a list of installation scripts.
They work far better than the plugins.

Plugins are broken.
