TrueNAS 13.0-U4 - Jail Update issue since Update U4 is installed

Hello Community,
the Update to 13.0-U4 of my Core TrueNAS was proceed without any issue.

But if i try to update a Jail from 13.1-p5 to 13.1-p7 it stopped with the following error message:
< urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed: unable to get local issuer certificate (_ssl.c:1134) >

The error occurs after creating a new jail, but also with active jails. An update is therefore currently not possible.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this error. ?

yes, but with a different part (line number) and i'm not sure, is the error allways the same - or diffferent ?
