Hello,

I have configured fstab on my jails that connect via NFS to a Qnap. When the Qnap reboots (for whatever reason), Freenas becomes unresponsive and NFS isn't reconnected when Qnap is started again. Restart freenas doesn't work either. And I need to switch it off and on.
This is in fstab:
192.168.178.20:/movies /mnt/myVol/iocage/jails/radarr/root/mnt/movies nfs rw,intr,tcp,vers=4 0 0
Perhaps I miss some setting in here or it isn't right at all. The setting works as long Qnap isn't rebooting.
Any idea what could be wrong?

It was really weird. I had always used v4 of NFS on TrueNAS 12. But since I installed TrueNAS 13 and use NFS v4 for the jails. My QNAP crashes in the night.

Switch back to NFS v3 and all is good now. I have no idea whatsoever what was causing this. But it looks like something is really bad with v4.

Log that as a bug?

It's closed. They blame QNAP although it works perfectly with Truenas 12. Thanks for nothing.
