TrueNAS 12 iso boot not find with rufus

Hi
I downloaded 12 U2 and use rufus to put the iso on a USB. I can not get it to boot from there. I download 12 u3 and rufus does not recognize it as a bootable iso.
I am trying to us bios to boot the usb format FAT32. Anyone can help?
