TrueNAS 12.7 + 13.0 + 13.1 i/o errors on VM

Sup. Strange, but got some i/o errors in VM with Win10 on those versions - TrueNAS 12.7 + 13.0 + 13.1 i/o errors on VM. How it looks like? Torrent client report about i/o read errors, rehash is ok. Winrar rechecks archives and shows different archive errors. Recheck - ok. 0 bsod's, no soft crashes.
Actually 12.4 back works fine.
4 core intel, 32 gb ECC ram, scrub 1/Months ago with no any troubles, those tasks on 12.4 - 0 errors.
Actually 12.4 shows, that i have 5 core CPU, but that is not important :D

In my experience, whenever my bittorrent client is complaining about I/O errors, it's usually permission issues.
I seem to remember also that TrueNAS 13.0 has some issues with Samba if you're using it.

Yes, both ways used SMB share on a 13.0 and 13.1
Mb 12.7 not while it has some ACL features, which i did not defeated.
