Troubleshooting apps

I am trying to set up truecharts apps on my new TrueNAS-SCALE-23.10.0.1 (test) system.
This is a virgin system with no data.
I have installed in order:
traefik
cert-manager
prometheus-operator
Clusterissuer

All with mostly default settings apart from Clusterissuer which has been set up following thuecharts docks for Cloudflare.

Clusterissuer will not run. After deploying (no message to this effect, unlike the other apps.) the status is reported as Stopped.
If I try to start the app it appears to start and reports as running but if the page is refreshed it reports as Stopped.
As it is not running there are no logs in the Workloads window.

How do I troubleshoot this?
Are there logs I can view?

I have tried sudo more /var/log/messages but cannot see anything relevant (but it is very long!)

Truecharts has their own support channels, mainly their discord. I'd start asking questions there or opening a support ticket.

Clusterissuer will not run

That's normal, and I think it's mentioned somewhere in TrueCharts' docs. cert-manager runs, but clusterissuer is permanently "stopped."
